About

Why I do what I do
I discovered Hypnobirthing during my second pregnancy after an extremely traumatic birth with my firstborn and it was honestly life changing. I was able to learn coping techniques and advocate for myself as I navigated a pregnancy on my own. I went on to birth my second daughter in the most perfect way even when my birth plan went off course and it is definitely my biggest achievement to date!
My mission is to help women and birthing people access the right information to make the decisions on how they birth their babies and feel confident and empowered to take charge of their experience.
I’m a queer single mum and live in Worcester with my daughters and our cat Bagheera. I’m a very creative soul with a background in performing and once had my own princess party business Princess For Tea. I'm also an egg donor and my long term goal is to train as a doula, specialising in postnatal care.
As well as educating pregnant folk, I'm also a dog walker and enjoy spending time outdoors with my four-legged friends. I love yoga and movement, sipping tea in the garden and shopping second hand. I’m definitely most at peace when I’m outside and I’ve written a children’s book about the magic of nature, which I am currently illustrating.

The space I create

I'm passionate about creating a space that feels like home. I'm all about the little touches - warm energy, relaxing smells and cosy vibes.

In 2024 I saw a masterclass on Instagram titled "Could You Be A Hypnobirthing Teacher?" and I thought yes, I think I could!
I had an 18 month old baby at the time and had recently left a job as a SEND Teaching Assistant after just one half term because it was too much for me as a single mum with no car, no energy and who was still awake in the night. I had raved about how a Hypnobirthing course had changed my life and thought it was an ideal career prospect. I had been self-employed before and liked the idea of being my own boss again and working from my living room. So I trained with Abby Watson at Love Your Birth and qualified in the June, working with my first client immediately. I am now in my second year of business and absolutely love the work that I do.
Thanks Abby for your amazing course and helping me find my calling.
